Deaf

The Bible encourages us to spread the Gospel to every nation, tribe, language and people. This includes teaching and worshiping in American Sign Language. The Deaf Ministry at Family Worship Center is focused on providing an equal experience for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals who attend our services. We offer ASL interpretation of the services (advance notice is preferred but not required) and occasional special Deaf Church Service events conducted entirely in sign (voice interpreting available).

We strive to provide a strong social network where Godly Deaf individuals can grow together spiritually. It is our desire to develop strong relationships with God and with each other so we can then take the Gospel to other Deaf in the community.

The Sign Choir worships through dramatic American Sign Language interpreted songs and regularly performs at both our local church and at Deaf Conferences in the area. Our primary goal is for Deaf audiences to understand clearly, as well as making it musically and visually aesthetic. Through the signed songs, we glorify God with our hearts and hands, and we desire to touch the lives of people around us.
